Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled home health PTA treatment visits under an established Physical Therapist plan of care

• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance, transfer and functional mobility interventions

• Monitor patient response and progress

• Communicate meaningful changes to the supervising Physical Therapist

• Complete documentation in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant — State of Florida

• Home health experience preferred but not required

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and patient care skills
