Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled home health COTA treatment visits under an established Occupational Therapist plan of care

• Provide interventions focused on ADLs, functional mobility, strengthening, safety, and adaptive techniques

• Monitor patient response and functional progress

• Communicate meaningful changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist

• Complete documentation in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant — State of Florida

• Home health experience preferred but not required

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and patient care skills
